This system was developed for FARA to manage all aspects of receiving,
reviewing, and managing grants. All grant proposals must be received
through this application process. FARA only accepts grant applications
from qualified scientists who’s research advances the FARA mission to
slow, stop, and reverse the effects of FA.

Return Users - If you want to view or work with your existing grants please
Login.

Grant applicants – All individuals submitting grant proposals need to have a
login. If you are a new user select “New Login Request” from the menu on the
left. If you are a returning user and have forgotten your login or password
select “Login” from the menu on the left and follow the prompts for
forgotten login and password or email the research program manager at
jen.farmer@curefa.org.
A Letter of Intent must be sent prior to submitting a full application. The
Letter of Intent should include the following: a brief description of the
proposal project, the hypothesis and/or specific aims being proposed, and
relevance to Friedreich's Ataxia. All Letters of Intent and Inquiries should
be directed to Jennifer Farmer at jen.farmer@curefa.org.

Reviewers – If you have been asked to review a grant please
Login.
If you are a new user your login and temporary password were previously
sent to you. Once you have logged in please select User Profile from
the menu on the left and complete your profile. Then select My Grant
Worklist from the menu to find the grant that is "awaiting review".
Once the grant is selected you can use the menu on the left to
navigate through the grant submission. To complete your review
go to "My Review".
