I'm Brendan Welsh. I'm 24 and from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. I am temporarily living with my parents while I search for a job. I graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in December where I studied Computer Science (Information Technology) and Environmental Health. I have a deep passion for all things of environmental consequence. Those who follow me on Twitter and/or are my friends on Facebook are already well aware of this.
Over the past few years, I have fallen in love with Anne Frank and her diary. She was forced to live silently in hiding for years. Even though, this was the worst situation imaginable for a talkative, young girl, she kept an optimistic and positive attitude throughout the diary. This is the attitude I wish to emulate and bring to the Ambassador Program and to the FA community in general. We have been put into some pretty tough circumstances but I'm making it my personal mission to remind everyone that they have reason to remain optimistic.

I was given the opportunity to do a Meet The Community interview for the FARA Ambassador Blog. If you'd like to check it out for some more information on me, here's the link: curefa.org/ambassadors/meet-the-community-brendan-welsh/!
