Emily Miller

Ambassador
Ohio

Emily has served as a FARA ambassador since 2025 and dedicates her time to understanding, advocacy, and connection to others within the FA community. She has been married for 10 years to her husband, Matt, has 8 beautiful foster kids, and a wonderfully calm service dog, Hunley. She has two master’s degrees, one in clinical counseling and the other in school counseling and she works full time as an Intensive Outpatient Therapist at Cleveland Clinic. Her favorite FARA event is the Energy Ball in Tampa, Florida. Emily would tell someone newly diagnosed “Everyone can build a life worth living. There may be constraints on what your life can look like, but there are no constraints on whether your life is worth living. -Dr. Marsha Linehan”
