Berkley joined the FARA team in 2026 as Advocacy Program Coordinator. In this role, she supports the execution of state and federal advocacy initiatives that advance FARA’s mission. Prior to joining FARA, Berkley helped advance state legislation that expanded caregiving rights to tens of thousands of workers across four Southern states. She holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Georgia’s School of Public and International Affairs.
