Speaking to others can be uncomfortable for some, and FA can make it even more challenging. Explore this toolkit to learn more about how FA adds to public speaking anxiety and ways you can address those concerns to become a more confident speaker!

                        Speech pathologist, Prof Anja Lowit, dives into topics critical to speaking, including steps for effective communication, the different ways that FA affects speech, and some exercises and tips to improve your speech and feel more confident. You can watch this presentation two ways:
1) A slide show that is voiced over. You will need to download the slides to view. In doing that, you will get a warning from Google that it has not been scanned for viruses because of its size. It is ok to click download. Next, click “slide show,” then “from the beginning.” When the presentation mode begins, the sound will start.
