In these tribute pages, we honor the lives of those we have lost to FA.
Families are welcome to submit a photo and a write up to celebrate their loved one on a memorial page. Memorial pages are posted at the family’s request and do not require a contribution to FARA.
Ways to Help
If you wish to consider donations to FARA in memory of a loved one, FARA is able to supply pre-addressed envelopes. FARA will also track memorial tribute gifts and notify the family of the contributors (donation amounts are not included in the notification). As we work towards treatments and cures, such gifts offers hope to all FA families. Please e-mail

Please check the box "Dedicate my donation in honor or in memory of someone" - and indicate whom your donation memorializes in that section.
Via Mail
You can also mail a check directly to FARA. If sent by mail, please include the name of the person you are memorializing and the contact information for anyone who should receive an acknowledgment of your donation.
