Requesting Memorial Contributions

If you wish to request donations to FARA in memory of a loved one, FARA can supply pre-addressed envelopes. FARA will also track memorial tribute gifts and notify the family of the contributors (donation amounts are not included in the notification) when contact information is available. As we work towards treatments and cures, such gifts offer hope to all FA families.
